When handling the academic side of the student’s case, it was always a pleasure to work with Jason Beasley. He showed true concern for the students academic success and did what was in his power to assist them.
I found that the program at Pathways was very successful for the students that I worked with. I was pleased and do not hesitate to refer parents to the program when appropriate.

"It has been an honor for us at the Fitzgerald Public Schools Alternative Education program to work with the Pathways Family Center located in Southfield Michigan. As we begin our fourth year of providing educational service with Pathways, we continue to improve on the services we can offer to the students. Nearly all of our contact with Pathways is through the on site teacher Rita Starostenko. Rita provides us with current paperwork and academic information on each student needed for enrollment, testing, earning credit and graduation. Whatever information we need from a Pathway students we know that Rita will provide the items as quickly as possible. Rita does an excellent job of communicating with Parents of the Pathway students with her growing knowledge of our district requirements. She also knows the limits of her knowledge and asks the appropriate questions when needed. Pathways provides students with the support the students need, together with our flexible education program, we are a good match.
